Welcome to Kutturan Chamoru Foundation
The Kutturan Chamoru Foundation (KCF) a 501(c)3 Non-profit organization represents the indigenous Pacific Islanders of the Northern Mariana Islands in Micronesia to include: Guahan (Guam), Saipan, Rota and Tinian. KCF is committed to honoring the Chamoru culture as a permanent and vital component of the multi-ethnic mosaic of American folk art through perpetuating the language, stories, legends, music, dances and art of our ancestors to the present and future generations. Under the direction of Heidi Chargualaf-Quenga, KCF is comprised of 70-80 community volunteers of Chamoru and non-Chamoru decent based in Long Beach, California. Since its inception in 1993, our volunteers who range from 3-60+ years old have been promoting the Chamoru culture through “Tuition Free” cultural classes and cultural presentations worldwide. We thank our founder Regina Atoigue-Quenga and our beloved past director Glenn Taitano Bernardo for their courage and love to start a legacy such as KCF.
